I’m a Registered Psychologist in Alberta. I’m also a meditation guide, yoga instructor, writer, and public speaker. After completing a Bachelor and Master's Degree at the University of Calgary, I added extensively to my training repertoire by attending conferences and completing certifications across North America. I trained in Couples and Family Therapy, Play Therapy, Nutrition Psychology, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Interventions (MBSR, MBCT, MECL, MPEAK).
I'm especially passionate personally and professionally about the areas of mindful eating, mindfulness for performance in athletics and business, and overall mindful living practices to improve quality of life, reduce stress, and attend to anxiety, depression, ADHD symptoms. I provide collaborative services that attend to the whole client -- mind, body, social/family. My practice offers services in a variety of settings, including individual therapy (ages 3+), couples therapy, family therapy, group therapy, athletic teams, and in corporate settings.
