THERAPY THAT HONOURS YOUR WHOLENESS
I may not know you yet, but I already believe in your innate capacity to heal and thrive.

Every person possesses inherent goodness and unconditional worth, no matter how hidden these qualities may feel beneath life's challenges. When difficulties disconnect you from your true nature—your inner peace, joy, and resilience—I'm here to help you rediscover these qualities using compassionate, evidence-based approaches that support deep healing and lasting growth.

My Approach To Therapy
I offer personalized support tailored to your unique journey. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, or everyday stress, I integrate the best of Western psychology with Eastern mind-body wisdom to create a pathway toward transformation.

Each session provides a safe, nurturing space for your healing, self-discovery, and personal evolution.

Specialized Therapy Modalities
At the core of my practice is mindfulness—the ability to be fully present with awareness and compassion. This approach helps you shift out of "autopilot" and into the present moment, where you can move beyond reactive patterns into a space of choice and self-compassion.
Mindfulness practice offers
Freedom from Rumination & Anxiety
Disengage from thought loops about the past or future, reducing anxiety and depression while fostering peace
Emotional Regulation & Resilience
Develop awareness of emotions without being overwhelmed, responding with wisdom rather than reacting impulsively
Relief from Self-Criticism
Recognize self-judgment as passing thoughts rather than absolute truth, cultivating a kinder relationship with yourself
Enhanced Connection in Daily Life
Experience life fully rather than moving through it on autopilot, enriching relationships and everyday moments
Mind-Body Healing
Reduce stress hormones and activate the parasympathetic nervous system for more effective recovery and healing
Access to Inner Wisdom
Connect with your intuition and innate knowing that often gets drowned out by busyness and mental chatter
Contemplative Psychotherapy
Rooted in Tibetan Buddhist psychology and Western therapeutic approaches, Contemplative Psychotherapy begins with the understanding that all humans are inherently whole and worthy. This fundamental quality of basic goodness exists independent of past experiences, accomplishments, or mistakes.
This approach helps you:
Develop a more loving relationship with yourself
Work through self-limiting beliefs and emotional pain
Cultivate self-compassion and inner peace
Hakomi Body-Centered Psychotherapy
Hakomi integrates mindfulness, neuroscience, and somatic (body-based) techniques to address how early experiences shape our unconscious beliefs and emotional patterns—which are stored not only in our minds but also in our bodies.
This gentle yet powerful approach
Uncovers deep-seated emotional patterns through mindful awareness
Helps heal trauma and release stored tension in the body
Rewires limiting beliefs and builds emotional resilience
Hakomi creates profound, lasting change by working with both mind and body to restore balance, connection, and well-being.
Trauma Therapy
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is a highly effective, evidence-based therapy that helps reprocess distressing memories, allowing your brain to heal naturally from trauma. Unlike traditional talk therapy, EMDR doesn't require reliving every painful detail—instead, it uses bilateral stimulation to rewire the brain's response to past experiences.
How EMDR helps
Reduces the emotional intensity of traumatic memories
Transforms negative beliefs into healthier, more adaptive ones
Strengthens resilience and self-worth
Allows forward movement without being overwhelmed by the past
EMDR is particularly effective for
Trauma & PTSD (childhood trauma, accidents, loss, or distressing events)
Anxiety & panic attacks
Depression & low self-esteem
Phobias & fears
I work with diverse populations using EMDR, including
First responders (police, firefighters, paramedics)
Veterans
Survivors of abuse
Accident survivors
Everyday people healing from loss, heartbreak, betrayal, and other common distressing experiences
Healing is possible. EMDR allows you to process trauma safely, release emotional pain, and move forward with freedom and confidence.
