I am a Registered Psychologist and an Associate of Menla Psychological Counselling. With a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology in Palo Alta, CA, I infuse Existential-Humanistic, Feminist, Solution-Focused, and Cognitive Behavioral therapies into my practice. Additionally, I am a Certified Hakomi Therapist and Certified Embodied Awareness Therapist, which allows me to incorporate mind-body connections, mindfulness, self-awareness, and spirituality into my counselling work. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
I am committed to supporting your empowerment and ability to express your authentic self. I provide counselling for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, chronic health conditions, stress, self-esteem, body image, relationship, grief and loss, and assertiveness issues, amongst others concerns. By providing a safe, empathic, compassionate, and loving presence, I will guide you in your journey of self-exploration and facilitate deeper understanding, self-acceptance, and increased freedom of choice.
